Why is an inactive product in Powersoft still visible on my e-shop?
When you set a product as inactive in Powersoft, it may still appear on your e-shop.
This happens because the “Inactive” status is not readable via the Powersoft API, meaning our integration cannot detect or apply that setting automatically.
✅ Correct way to remove products from your e-commerce
To remove a product from your WooCommerce store, you must:
-
Untick the product from “E-commerce” in Powersoft.
-
Sync your e-shop to confirm the product is no longer visible.
-
Then, if you wish, set the product as inactive in Powersoft.
🛠 If the product is already inactive
If the product is currently inactive but still showing online:
-
Reactivate the product in Powersoft.
-
Untick it from “E-commerce”.
-
Sync your e-shop and verify it has been removed.
-
Finally, set the product inactive again.
