How to change or modify prices on the eShop (Powersoft365 connection)

✅ Goal

This guide explains how to change product prices on your WooCommerce eShop when it is connected to Powersoft365 ERP.


🔍 Important note before you start

Your eShop is connected with Powersoft365.

This means:
✅ Product prices are managed inside Powersoft365
✅ The website automatically syncs prices from Powersoft365
⚠️ Prices should not be changed manually inside WooCommerce because they may be overwritten during the next sync


Step by step: Change prices through Powersoft365

Step 1

Login to Powersoft365 ERP

Step 2

Search and open the product you want to update

Step 3

Update the price fields used by the eShop

Your website is connected to specific Powersoft365 price levels:


✅ WooCommerce Regular Price is taken from:
Price Level 1 (price_incl_1)

✅ WooCommerce Sale Price is taken from:
Price Level 3 (price_incl_3)

Example:
If you update price_incl_1 in Powersoft365, the Regular Price will change on the website.
If you update price_incl_3 in Powersoft365, the Sale Price will change on the website.

🟡 Note
Powersoft365 supports 10 different price levels (Price 1 to Price 10).
Your eShop can be configured to use any of these price levels for the Regular Price and Sale Price depending on your setup.

To confirm which price levels your website is currently using, go to:
WordPress Dashboard -> Powersoft Sync -> Current Settings

There you will see exactly which price level is connected to:

  • Regular price key

  • Sale price key


Step 4

Save the changes in Powersoft365



Sync the updated prices to the website

After updating prices in Powersoft365, you must run the sync in WordPress.

Step 5

Login to your WordPress Dashboard

Step 6

Go to:
Powersoft Sync

Step 7

Click:
✅ Sync Items

✅ Success Check
After syncing, refresh the product page on the website and confirm the new price is visible.
